That Oil Stain Isn't Going Anywhere
It's soaked past the surface by now, working into the concrete itself, and every time that spot gets wet, it turns into the one place in the room you have to walk around carefully.

Bare Concrete Only Gets Worse
It's soaked past the surface by now, working into the concrete itself, and every time that spot gets wet, it turns into the one place in the room you have to walk around carefully.
Water finds its way in, freezes over the winter, and pushes it open a little wider each year, so the small crack you noticed a while back isn't the same size anymore.
It can lower your home's resale value, or make a customer think twice before walking further into your business.
Before & After
Worn, stained concrete on the left. A professionally prepped and coated floor on the right — same square footage, one to two days of work.

What Is Epoxy Floor Coating
We use Sherwin-Williams epoxy systems on every floor we coat, the same partnership we've had since 2009, so what you're getting is real, commercial-grade material, not something picked off a shelf for a quick weekend fix. It holds up to daily traffic, resists oil and chemicals, and cleans up with a mop instead of a scrub brush, and it comes in enough colors and finishes that it actually looks like it belongs in the space instead of just covering it up. Most floors are done in a day or two, and once it's finished, it stays looking that way for years, no fading, no peeling, no re-doing it every couple of seasons the way you would with regular paint.
Resists abrasion, impact, and heavy loads.
A finished, moisture-resistant surface.
Easy to clean, resistant to spills.
Withstands dropped tools and chemicals.
Stands up to boots, pets, and daily traffic.

Most residential garages are finished in one to two days, depending on the size of the space and the number of coats required. Day one is grinding, crack and joint repair, and the base coat; day two is the color and topcoat. Curing time after installation is typically 24 to 72 hours before light foot traffic, and up to a week before moving vehicles back into a garage.
Yes. Garage epoxy floor coating is one of the most popular residential applications because it protects concrete from oil, chemicals, and road salt while making the space much easier to clean. It also significantly improves the look of the space.
A properly installed epoxy floor coating in a residential setting can last 10 to 20 years with routine cleaning and care. Surface preparation quality and product grade are the two biggest factors in longevity.
In most cases, previous coatings need to be removed before epoxy is applied. Existing paint or coatings that are peeling or poorly bonded will prevent the new epoxy from adhering correctly. Our team assesses the surface during the initial inspection and will let you know what preparation is needed.
Our full technical process is seven steps: surface inspection, mechanical concrete preparation (diamond grinding), repair work on cracks and spalls, primer coat, epoxy application, topcoat sealer, and full cleanup. For most homeowners that comes down to the three simple stages above — consultation, prep and coat, then enjoy the result.
In almost every case, yes. Adhesion comes from preparation, not from the product alone. We diamond-grind the slab to open the concrete's pores, degrease and treat contaminated areas, and repair cracks before any coating goes down. If we find a moisture or structural issue that would compromise the coating, we tell you at the consultation instead of coating over it.
Kit products are thin, water-based coatings rolled onto unprepared concrete, which is why they often peel within a season or two. We install commercial-grade Sherwin-Williams systems over mechanically prepped concrete, at a much higher film build, with a dedicated topcoat for UV and abrasion resistance.
Yes. Basements are one of our most popular residential applications because epoxy creates a finished, moisture-resistant, seamless surface that's easy to clean. We test for moisture first and choose a system suited to below-grade slabs.
A high-gloss floor can be slick when wet, so we can add a slip-resistant aggregate to the topcoat. It's a common request for garages in Indiana winters, mudrooms, and any area that regularly sees water.
Solid colors, decorative flake blends, and metallic finishes are all available, in gloss or satin. We bring samples to your consultation so you can see the options against your existing walls and cabinets.
A dust mop and occasional damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. No waxing, no sealing, no scrub brush. Wipe up road salt in the winter and rinse the floor a few times a season to keep it looking new.
Yes. The systems we install are rated for hot tire pickup, road salt, oil, gas, brake fluid, and impact from dropped tools. That's the practical difference between a commercial-grade system and a consumer kit.
Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of the concrete, and the finish you choose. Every quote is free and given in person so you get a real number for your floor, not a range off a website. Ask about our current specials — 10% off jobs over 2,500 sq ft and 15% off jobs over 5,000 sq ft.
